Keep Moving:  Walk inside..... in your home.... up the stairs in your apartment,  at a Mall, School or Walking Track

Stay Connected:  Call a friend, find friends on facebook, i.e. that friend you haven't seen for years, send out some e-mails to say hello to family, and yes... write a letter, a real letter.

Plan a Winter Party:  Card Games, Kitchen Party, Remember the Mystery Games,  Just for a Laugh!

Prevention of Elder Abuse Education Session

Senior Session at Parkview Seniors on Central St, Summerside, Friday, Feb. 18th, 1-2pm.  This will be presented by Norma McColeman, Coordinator of the East Prince Family Violence Prevention Services.  All Seniors are welcome.
