It is World Diabetes Day. Diabetes is called "the silent killer" because many people have diabetes and they don't have any symptoms. Over time diabetes can cause many serious health issues, some fatal. Do yourself a favour and ask your medical practitioner for a blood glucose test to see if you are at risk. The sooner it is detected, the quicker you can make some changes for better health. You're worth it!

We will be drawing for some smoke alarms, and everyone who attends will receive a Safe Living Guide, which contains a checklist that you can complete at home. Hope to see you!!!
